1. Digital Products

All digital products (including guides, bundles, and the self-paced course) are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of this, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been delivered.

2. Single Sessions

Single coaching or healing sessions (such as The Clarity Hour) reserve dedicated time specifically for you. All sales are final, both before and after the session takes place. No refunds will be issued.

Single sessions may be rescheduled one time, with a minimum of four hours' notice before the scheduled time. After that window, or after the session has been rescheduled once, the session is considered used and is no longer eligible for rescheduling or refund.

3. Multi-Session Packages

Packages (such as Before You Apply) are sold as a complete set at a fixed price. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions within a package, whether the sessions were missed, canceled, or simply not completed.

4. Monthly Containers

Ongoing monthly containers (such as The Sacred Threshold) may be paused or ended at the start of any new billing month. Once a billing month has begun, that month's payment is final and non-refundable, regardless of how many sessions within that month are used.

5. Events and Retreats

Event and retreat tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on that specific event's registration page.

6. Questions About a Charge

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact me at aethel@thedivinesovereignty.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider, so I have the opportunity to address it first.
