1. Products and Services Covered

These conditions apply to all purchases made through The Divine Sovereignty, including digital downloads, bundles, single coaching sessions, multi-session packages, monthly containers, event registrations, and applications for The Sacred Threshold.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are current at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect a purchase already completed.

3. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase or booking, unless otherwise stated for a specific offer (such as a monthly container paid in recurring installments).

4. Digital Products — Final Sale

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products (including bundles and the self-paced course) are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been delivered.

5. Single Sessions — Final Sale

Single coaching or healing sessions (such as The Clarity Hour) reserve dedicated time specifically for you. As such, all sales are final, both before and after the session takes place. No refunds will be issued.

6. Rescheduling

Single sessions may be rescheduled one time, with a minimum of four hours' notice before the scheduled time. After that window, or after the session has been rescheduled once, the session is considered used.

7. Multi-Session Packages

Packages (such as Before You Apply) are sold as a complete set at a fixed price. Sessions within a package are scheduled weekly unless otherwise agreed. Unused sessions do not carry a cash refund value.

8. Monthly Containers

Ongoing monthly containers (such as The Sacred Threshold) renew monthly and may be paused or ended at the start of any new billing month. Once a billing month has begun, that month's payment is final and non-refundable.

9. Events and Retreats

Event and retreat tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on that event's specific registration page. Location details for events may be withheld until closer to the event date and will be sent by email to registered attendees.

10. Applications

Some offers (including The Sacred Threshold) require an application prior to purchase. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Payment is only requested and processed once an application has been accepted.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact me directly at [your email] before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider, so I have the opportunity to address it.
