What is The Divine Sovereignty?
It's a space for women ready to be honest about where they are, and do the real work of coming home to themselves. That includes written teachings, a weekly community gathering, one-on-one coaching, and deeper ongoing containers, depending on what you're ready for.
How do I know if this work is "for me"?
This isn't for everyone, and it was never meant to be. It's for the woman ready to be honest about how she's actually showing up, not how she wishes she was showing up. If any part of this resonates in your body, even a little, you're welcome here.
Is this religious?
No. This work draws on spiritual frameworks, including the Divine Feminine and energy work, but it isn't tied to a specific religion, and you don't need a particular belief system to do this work. What is asked of you is honesty, and willingness to do the work.
Who is Aethel?
I'm a spiritual teacher since 2017, Certified Neuro-Transformational Life Coach, Advanced Akashic Records Practitioner, and Spiritual Healing Channel. I work at the intersection of spiritual and energetic healing and practical, nervous-system-based coaching. I don't teach any of this from theory. Everything I teach comes from what I've lived myself.
What's the difference between coaching and spiritual healing channeling?
Neuro-Transformational Coaching works with how your brain and nervous system hold patterns in place. In session, we work together to rewire them, and give your consciousness access to the throne of your nervous system.
Spiritual Healing Channeling is where I connect with your own spiritual team to support healing that's specific to you. Most of my one-on-one work combines both together, in the same session.
Is this a replacement for therapy?
No. This is spiritual and energetic coaching work, not licensed mental health treatment. If what comes up for you needs clinical support, I'll always be honest with you about that, and I'll encourage you to reach out to a licensed professional.
Is there a minimum commitment?
For The Sacred Threshold, your first month is the foundation: your Akashic Record reading, your 21-day clearing, and two sessions of channeling and coaching. After that, it's an ongoing monthly container with no fixed end date. You can continue, or step away at the start of any new month when it feels complete for you.
Why does the first month cost more? (new)
For The Sacred Threshold, your first month includes a third session and your Akashic Record reading, which involves extensive spiritual investigative work before we meet. It also helps me understand who I'm working with, so I can support you better from the first session.
I'm new here. Where should I start?
It depends on what you're looking for. If you want to start learning on your own, the Narcissist Recovery Bundle or Reclaim. Receive. Embody. bundle are good entry points. If you want live community, The Rooted Table meets weekly. If you want direct, one-on-one support without a big commitment, The Clarity Hour is a single session. If you already know you're ready to go deeper, The Sacred Threshold is the ongoing one-on-one container.
Do I have to be local to Phoenix to work with you?
No. Most of my work, including The Clarity Hour, Before You Apply, and The Sacred Threshold, is available over Zoom. A few specific practices, like in-person wardrobe and color guidance, are only offered in person when we're in the same city.
